Patterson Mill Huskies Triumph Over Bohemia Manor Eagles on Senior Night

The Patterson Mill Huskies bested the Bohemia Manor Eagles 5-0 on Wednesday.

The Huskies were the first to get on the board in the third when Audrey March singled, scoring two runs.

Lily Baldwin earned the win for Patterson Mill. The hurler allowed four hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out six and walking one. Lyla Wescoat took the loss for Bohemia Manor. The righty went six innings, giving up five runs (three earned) on 12 hits, striking out three and walking none.

Patterson Mill accumulated 12 hits in the game. March drove the middle of the lineup, leading the Huskies with two runs batted in. The infielder went 2-for-4 on the day. Kenzie Knight and Ava Ward each collected three hits for Patterson Mill. The Huskies were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. March made the most plays with 11.

Camille Mattucci, Temperance Fitzimmons, Kendel Leonardi, and Elizabeth Marcum each collected one hit for the Bohemia Manor Eagles.

Patterson Mill will travel to C. Milton Wright for their next game on Thursday.
